Step 1:

Start massaging with the larger end of your Rose Quartz Face Roller from lower end of your neck, rolling it upwards. Do not roll it back and forth. This helps increase blood circulation and boosts collagen production. Repeat this 5-10 times. Do this on both sides of your face.

Step 2:

Start from the chin and roll up towards your ear while applying medium pressure. Repeat 5-6 times then move to the other side.  This helps to improve blood circulation and collagen production.

Step 3:

Now, from the centre of your forehead, roll towards your ear horizontally. This will help calm your mind and relaxes facial muscles. Repeat 5-6 times and then switch to the opposite side.
